Before Buying: This item does not include a Receiver or a 12V 'A23' battery; it is solely the FAN-35T1 remote. Verify your original transmitter's part number to ensure compatibility. Only remote models with the following FCC ID/Model numbers are compatible: 2AAZPFAN35TI/FAN-35TI, L3HFAN35T/FAN-35T, L3HFAN35T1/FAN-35T1. Models KUJCE9603, CHQ7202T, UC7202T, and CHQ7202T1 may not be compatible due to program matching issues.

Ceiling Fan Remote Replacement: This FAN-35T1 remote is compatible with Harbor Breeze, Allen+Roth, Kichler, and other compatible ceiling fan remotes. Ensure your original remote has the FCC ID/Model numbers listed for compatibility. This transmitter is not universal and may not work with all models.

Fan Remote Control with Dimmer: This remote has 5 buttons: 3-speed (High, Medium, Low), OFF for fan speed control, and a Light Dimmer for controlling the brightness of incandescent lights. Note that it does not have a Reverse button. For LED/CFL bulbs, the dimmer button controls ON/OFF only.

Easy Install: This remote is compatible with FAN30R, FAN28R, FAN18R, and UC7067FMRX receivers. It includes a LEARN key to match with different types of receivers. Align the DIP Codes from your old remote with the DIP Switches in the new remote, as illustrated. Once you match the DIP patterns, replace the 12V (not included) battery, and you should be up and running.
