This package includes a ceiling fan remote control transmitter but does not include a receiver or a 12V "A23" battery. Ensure your original remote control meets the following FCC IDs: L3HFAN35T1, L3HFAN35T, FAN-11T, FAN-35T, FAN53T, or FAN-HD5. Specific models such as KUJCE9603, CHQ7202T, UC7202T, and CHQ7202T1 might not be compatible.

Compatible with Allen + Roth Ceiling Fans

This Harbor Breeze remote control works perfectly with Allen + Roth Harbor Breeze Hampton Bay ceiling fans. It is designed to work with the original remote control with a RF 303.9MHz frequency. Verify the FCC ID and model number on the back of your original remote: 2AAZPFAN53T, 2AAZPFAN-53T, L3HFAN11T, L3HFAN11T1, L3HFAN11T2, L3H2014FANHD, L3H2010FANHD, L3HFAN35T, L3HFAN35T2, L3HFAN35T1, L3HFAN9T, L3HFAN51T. Note that KUJCE9603, CHQ7202T, UC7202T, and CHQ7202T1 models may not be compatible.

Enhanced Functionality

This Allen + Roth fan remote control features 5 buttons for precise fan speed control: High, Medium, Low, and OFF. The light dimmer button regulates the brightness of incandescent lights but cannot control the ON/OFF for LED or CFL bulbs.

Easy Installation

The transmitter is compatible with FAN30R, FAN28R, FAN18R, and UC7067FMRX receivers and includes a LEARN key for easy matching to various receiver types. To install, open the battery cover and note the DIP Codes on the old remote. Use the DIP Switches inside the new remote to match the original pattern. Replace the battery in the new remote for proper functionality.
